Read Psalm 82
Who are the “gods” (v. 1)? Angels and devils (see 1 Kings 22:19, Job 1:6)? Rules and judges in Israel (see Exodus 21:6; Ex. 22:8-9, 28)? Of what does God accuse them (vv. 2-4)? Why is God so concerned about those with the least power? How did Jesus use this psalm when he was on trial (see John 10:30-39)? What responsibility do you have to the weak and needy?
